Why
Several standalone workflows duplicate checks now provided by the consolidated
on-pr.yml,docs.yml, anddaily.ymlworkflows. Removing those obsolete public entry points reduces maintenance and prevents callers from relying on divergent implementations. The documentation cleanup implementation remains necessary fordaily.yml, but should stay internal rather than expandingdaily.yml.Replaces #224
