Improve the upstairs area

I'd like to suggest two updates for the upstairs area:

1. Upgrade the conference room tables to more flexible and modern option. ( the current tables will be donated to support a good cause)
2. Replace the bright sofa in the lounge, as it has become deformed. A more durable and ergonomic option would improve the space.

If you have additional suggestions or improvements you'd like too see, please share them.

Once I get your feedback, I will start researching options.

What do we mean by more flexible and modern? Is the problem that these tables are difficult to move or something else?

They are bulky and take up too much space, so they are not intended to be a conference room table. The idea would be to get a flexible table(s) that can be arranged according to need.
