MemTether

Open-source (Apache-2.0) governed memory hub for AI agents - multiple agents share one local SQLite database with:

• Hash-chained audit log - every write is cryptographically chained, tampering is detectable
• Bi-temporal supersession - corrections never delete, query what the system believed at any past point
• Source attribution - every memory carries a mandatory source field for multi-agent traceability
• Conflict gate - contradictory writes flagged for human adjudication instead of auto-merging
• MCP server - 10 tools: remember, search, correct, retire, pin, as_of, timeline, court, profile, sleep
