• Updates the existing community entry from v0.6.2 to the regular release v0.6.5.
• Adds architecture-governance document sections and command wrappers; starter templates are explicitly selected, not automatically chosen for a project.
• Provides STRIDE/CAPEC threat modeling, security decisions, arc42 security concepts, quality scenarios, and scoped Zero Trust, SAMM, C3A and C5 applicability evidence.
