Report complete snapshot host-resource requirements #340

Problem

Snapshot::requirements() currently exposes Hyperlight-JS callback requirements, but reports module-loader status as Unknown because Hyperlight does not expose its persisted host-function manifest.

Proposed change

When Hyperlight #1870 lands:

• Inspect the underlying snapshot requirements.
• Report module_loader as Required or NotRequired.
• Mirror the result through Node snapshot.requirements.moduleLoader.
• Preserve Unknown only for snapshots or Hyperlight versions where requirements cannot be inspected.
• Update documentation and tests.
