Pin the AKernel SDK to the published openyuanrong-sandbox 0.10.2rc11 wheel and advance its release candidate to 0.1.6rc7. Keep the openYuanRong Core image version unchanged, since this update only changes the Python SDK dependency. Signed-off-by: robbluo <luo1442@gmail.com>
