Fixes #1095
This PR fixes #1095 by testing whether the
DotEnvContainercontains the dotenv_key for a setting, when the!issetpart of the loop is run.If the key is set in the
DotEnvContainerwe unset it.Also adds further logging to the method - now contains the names of any changed, deleted, or newly set env vars
