Summary

Replaces closed Dependabot pull requests #170, #171, and #172. Those updates changed package specs and left nub.lock stale, so CI failed with ERR_NUB_OUTDATED_LOCKFILE. This pull request applies the same dependency updates, regenerates nub.lock, and keeps the dashboard charts working on Recharts 3.

Dependency bumps

• dotenv 16.5.0 → 18.0.9 in the root package and @solstatus/infra (was deps(deps): bump dotenv from 16.5.0 to 18.0.4 #170). The CLI loads .env with quiet: true, so startup stays quiet under dotenv 18.
• @cloudflare/workers-types ^4.20250702.0 → ^5.20261022.1 in the root package, @solstatus/api, @solstatus/app, @solstatus/common, and @solstatus/infra (was deps(deps-dev): bump @cloudflare/workers-types from 4.20260702.1 to 5.20260925.2 #171). The lock resolves 5.20261022.1. Typecheck is clean with no source changes for this bump.
• recharts ^2.15.4 → ^3.10.1 in @solstatus/app (was deps(deps): bump recharts from 2.15.4 to 3.10.1 #172).
• Spec floors raised to the versions nub.lock already resolved:
  • vite ^8.0.13 → ^8.3.4 (lock stays 8.3.4)
  • date-fns ^4.1.0 → ^4.4.0 (lock stays 4.4.0)
  • @radix-ui/react-dropdown-menu ^2.1.15 → ^2.2.1 (current published version and the lock)

nub install regenerated nub.lock. A frozen install of that lockfile succeeds.

Recharts 3 code changes

• Removed @ts-nocheck from the uptime chart, both latency charts, and the shared chart wrapper, and included those files in the app TypeScript project.
• Status legends are HTML next to the uptime and latency charts. Recharts 3 Legend omits the payload prop, and its size reporting looped inside ResponsiveContainer.
• Tooltips render after the series so they stay above the bars, area, and line.
• The shared tooltip formatter uses the Recharts 3 signature. The fifth argument is the tooltip payload array. Item keys are strings, because dataKey can be a function. Non-numeric values render as text.
• The custom uptime bar is typed from the chart row. connectNulls stays on the latency range area; Recharts 3.10.1 still skips null points.
• The monitor detail page depends on the search string, so the loading overlay clears and tooltips receive pointer events.

A .tegami/ patch entry covers solstatus (dotenv) and @solstatus/app (recharts and the raised floors). workers-types and the infra dotenv pin are devDependencies.

Validation

• nub run typecheck passed (root, common, api, app, infra).
• nub run lint passed (exit 0; existing warnings only).
• nub run format passed (oxfmt --check, 130 files).
• nub run test passed (7 files, 18 tests).
• nub run --filter '@solstatus/app' build passed (Vite 8.3.4 client and SSR).
• Browser check of the mock detail page: uptime and latency charts render, legends stay visible, tooltips show status counts and latency, and the 30m and 1h ranges refresh and then clear the loading overlay.

Checklist
