feat(hiring): add Operations Associate posting, make Sr PE Colorado-only - #197

- Add the Operations Associate (Fractional) posting with its own Notion application form. - Sr PE: location is now "Remote-first · Colorado Front Range" and the location must-have no longer invites candidates from elsewhere in the U.S. - Drop the season from both displayed titles; the Sr PE URL is unchanged. - List Sr PE first on /careers/ via a new optional `weight` front matter field (documented in docs/careers.md).
