[WIP] Fix failing GitHub Actions job Typecheck

• Investigated failing "Typecheck" job (run 33531042964) tied to PR Fix TypedDict get, pop, and setdefault type evaluation with union keys #11613 ("Fix TypedDict get, pop, and setdefault type evaluation with union keys")
• Root cause: PR Fix TypedDict get, pop, and setdefault type evaluation with union keys #11613's branch and main (via Expand conditional TypedDict test coverage #11617) both independently added a test named TypedDict28 (using the same sample filename typedDict28.py). GitHub's ephemeral PR test-merge commit silently combined the two additions into a single test('TypedDict28', ...) body instead of flagging a conflict, producing two const analysisResults / const configOptions declarations in the same scope (TS2451 tsc errors) and clobbering typedDict28.py's content.
• Fixed by merging PR Fix TypedDict get, pop, and setdefault type evaluation with union keys #11613's changes into this branch and properly resolving the collision:
  • Restored typedDict28.py/TypedDict28 test (and typedDict29.py/TypedDict29) to the original main (Expand conditional TypedDict test coverage #11617) conditional-TypedDict-coverage content.
  • Moved PR Fix TypedDict get, pop, and setdefault type evaluation with union keys #11613's get/pop/setdefault union-key regression sample to a new file typedDict30.py and registered it as a new TypedDict30 test.
  • Brought in the actual behavioral fix (getTypedDictClassFromMethod, applyTypedDictMethodTransform in typedDicts.ts, and its integration in typeEvaluator.ts).
• Verified tsc --noEmit (via pnpm exec lerna exec -- "tsc --noEmit") now passes with no errors.
• Verified typeEvaluator7.test.ts (171 tests) and checker.test.ts/typedDicts tests (72 tests) pass.
• Verified prettier formatting is clean for changed files.
