Your changes basically revert parts of 0ecd2cf where the MINGW64 environment section was removed from that file.
That environment is being deprecated for a few months now:
https://www.msys2.org/news/#2026-03-15-deprecating-the-mingw64-environment

Adding it and other environments that have been deprecated for even longer now probably doesn't make much sense.

Removed configurations for mingw64 and mingw32 terminals in MSYS2.
