Add more detailed Windows Terminal profiles

Your changes basically revert parts of 0ecd2cf where the MINGW64 environment section was removed from that file. Adding it and other environments that have been deprecated for even longer now probably doesn't make much sense. |
Removed configurations for mingw64 and mingw32 terminals in MSYS2.
