Can’t reinitialize if Resource Handler is not commented out #4

Right after gzip compression was introduced (in ver 1 for Valrico), reinitializing xquerrail resulted in an error.

The workaround was to comment out the resource handler.

Hope a fix can be made.

    Resource handler now does not compress any requests with .xqy extensions
