feat: add auto-skeleton

I decided to solve my real day-to-day problem as a developer: maintaining skeleton layout is a bit annoying. Layout changes - and I need to remember to change the skeleton component to make them match.

That's why I decided to create auto-skeleton, that builds the skeleton based on real component's layout and is in auto-sync, so no manual maintenance needed, you just care about your component and forget about skeleton. It just works.

npm package is https://www.npmjs.com/package/auto-skeleton-vue, nuxt module is at auto-skeleton-vue/nuxt

Tested on my pet project that is using nuxt 4, worked perfectly. It works with SSR, the page hydrates without warnings.
