CHANGE DESCRIPTION

Solution:

• The initContainer should be added to redhat only.
• Get the OPENSHIFT_VERSIONS from release_versions file. If the OPENSHIFT_VERSIONS var is provided - it has higher prio.
• Autogenerate skips for redhat bundle
• Add logcollector to the autogenerations
• yq --yaml-roundtrip geenrated bundles with comments. Add a skip comments.
• use PGO_NAMESPACE=metadata.namespace  in both bundles.
• increase redhat_catalog_curl_timeout="${REDHAT_CATALOG_CURL_TIMEOUT:-90}"
