* Add selected upstream quality-of-life improvements Integrates redlib-org/redlib PRs redlib-org#194, redlib-org#291, redlib-org#394, redlib-org#506, redlib-org#520, redlib-org#521, redlib-org#524, redlib-org#539, redlib-org#542, redlib-org#546, redlib-org#560, and redlib-org#561. * Format existing RSS helpers Normalizes the upstream RSS code already present on main so the repository-wide rustfmt PR check passes. * Satisfy current Clippy checks Applies behavior-preserving fixes for warnings promoted to errors by the pull-request workflow, including the imported CMAF URL formatter and pre-existing RSS/duplicates code.
