Use the public git revision instead of sibling path deps so compiler catalog and runtime binding share one locked core.
One ordered module list now owns the compiler catalog and exact restricted runtime binding. Board snapshots stay typed Array(Int); world access stays a host-private thread-local boundary.
Compile bundled RSS and editor lint through the production catalog, and cover fingerprint, rollback, pin, and empty dynamic allowlist.
Late-failure xiangqi schema mismatch now enters the install transaction before rollback. Split catalog compile and bind proofs, and snapshot the catalog fingerprint as exact hex/u64.
