Extends the dose-response section using sci-Plex data with assigned zero-dose controls. Includes executed response and fit tables, fitted curves, and guidance on unreliable midpoint estimates.
The changed section was executed and its plotted values checked against the computed results. It requires the companion Pertpy implementation.
