[FEATURE] Introduce device health based on several indicators #129

Description

@TimVosch

Is your feature request related to a problem?

Currently it takes multiple clicks per device to see if it is functioning properly. This takes a long time of actively working to find malfunctioning devices - if there are any.

What solution would you like?

It would be great to have an indicator that displays whether a device is functioning correctly. This can be shown on the map overview and/or the device list. This will allow a user to quickly spot malfunctioning devices and replace or repair them.

What alternatives have you considered?

The pipeline for the devices in question can show some errors, but not if the device is not uplinking anything, or if the interval is off.

Do you have any additional context?

Whether a device is functioning correctly should be determined from several different factors. It is also not a binary question. Device health would be a better term and could be based on the following:

  • Time since last transmission > average transmission interval over the last N days.
  • Signal strength < preset limit
  • Workers report error for this device.
