clang 11 accepts -fsanitize=address,undefined but the binaries abort against glibc 2.35 (llvm/llvm-project#55785), failing every sanitized test.
The checkout had no ref, so the job broke when upstream master moved.
ubuntu-18.04, ubuntu-20.04 and macos-12 no longer exist, so jobs using them queued until the 24h limit and were cancelled. Keep ubuntu-22.04 with LLVM 11-14, move macOS to macos-15, and drop the LLVM 3.9-10 rows that only existed in the retired images. Also update actions to v4 and ::set-output to $GITHUB_OUTPUT.
std::set_intersection passes const lvalues, which libc++ rejects.
Mechanical, no semantic changes.
The pointer analysis does not handle va_arg, which clang emits on AArch64 but not on x86-64.
