Re-pins Valtimo to 13.48.0 and bumps the plugin to 1.0.3.
gradle.properties->valtimoVersion=13.48.0.RELEASEfrontend/package.json-> every@valtimo/*entry to13.48.0pluginVersionand the frontend library version -> 1.0.3Angular is unchanged:
@valtimo/plugindeclares the same@angular/core 19.2.25peer at the version being left and at 13.48.0, so no Angular or Spring pin moves here.
