Resolves DOCS-2545. Moves the Saved Views UI and SDK workflows into separate tabs to better organize the page. No major content updates otherwise.

Restructure the Weave saved views page so the intro serves as an
overview and the UI and Python SDK task content lives in tabs,
matching the tabbed pattern used across the Weave guides.
