Multi View Identify #12595

Description

This PR adds support for configuring multiple Feature Info views per layer and displaying them as tabs in Map Click Identify results. Each view can have its own title and format.

• Views can be added, removed, renamed, and reordered.

• Each view can use TEXT, HTML, PROPERTIES, or TEMPLATE.

• Templates can be configured independently for each template view.

• Identify can be disabled for the layer.

• Map Click results display the configured views as tabs.

• Tabs provide scroll controls when there is insufficient space.

• Legacy single-format and HIDDEN configurations remain supported.

Other useful information

• useCheckScroll was moved to the shared hooks folder, while the old path is kept so the Dashboard and any downstream projects using it continue to work.
