Replace the scripted frontend scene with the supplied static background and keep the menu navigation over it. Preserve the entire image, its aspect ratio and centered placement across viewport sizes, suppress duplicate logo banners on frontend pages, and restore the normal full-viewport background when leaving the menus. Clear the GUI scissor state so it cannot clip the next background frame; existing hand hover feedback remains intact.

Depends on #98 for menu navigation. Review the focused background contribution; GitHub's comparison includes prerequisite contributions until they merge, so recheck the remaining diff after their individual merges. No matching issue is claimed as fully resolved.

Validation: Windows x64 Release integration compilation and runtime preparation passed. The real Ogre/CEGUI background probe passed 115 checks covering aspect ratio, centering, viewport fit, visible artwork, menu/title separation, duplicate-logo suppression and background restoration at five viewport sizes and three UI scales. The test fixture initializes GUI hover before resetting the menu, matching production order. No new manual game launch or other-platform runtime verification is claimed; broader visual acceptance remains separate.
